Holiday rentals with a sauna in Tōkai Region

It looks good as the picture and description that owner provided. Me and my friends like this room and we want to stay at this place again

We stayed at ShareHouseF while we're at Kofu — the location is quite convenient to Kofu station and various restaurants (we even went to the public library). While we rented a car for a few days, without it, we got around fine with their public transports and by foot. Their dormitory is very spacious and clean. We used their very large shared kitchen that has all the necessary utensils and cutlery. Most of all, ShareHouseF's staff, Miwa, was incredibly responsive to our needs. She's very kind and welcoming. The rest of the dormitory tenants were also very hospitable and kind. We highly recommend ShareHouseF for anybody visiting Kofu!

It had a panoramic view of Lake Hamana, and the waking up in the morning was very good.The starry sky was also well visible, and it was clean.

It was smaller than I expected, but it was very clean and comfortable!

Staying here was a very friendly and homely experience. The hosts welcomed us personally and were very lovely. They cooked us an incredible breakfast, which we couldn't believe the size of! Overall, this was a home from home.

Amazing historical house. It's not for everyone but it's fascinating to see how people would've lived back then! Host was amazing as well. Left way more snacks and drinks than I could finish, and offered lots of great advice for the area, and always checking up on me to ensure I am comfortable!

Check-in was flexible, and I was able to relax in a private space right away.Although there is a house around, the sauna and semi-outdoor bath area felt private and I was able to relax without worrying about people at all.The bath was great, and I was able to taste the extraordinary many times a day while listening to the birds.There is a supermarket called Sunflower Market less than 10 minutes away by car, and I went there twice during my stay to source carefully selected ingredients and sweets.All the ingredients were fresh, both vegetables and meat.I rented a pizza oven, so I thought I would make it from the powder myself, but the pizza at the sunflower market was very delicious and there were many varieties, so I enjoyed it very much.I took my dog with me, but I really enjoyed having a great time outside and inside.There were about one train every hour in front of me, a small train with 2-3 cars, and there were few customers, which was also unusual and felt like I was in an unusual country.I'd like to go play again.

It was a spacious, clean and comfortable guest house.From the veranda, you can see the mountains, and I think you can spend a vacation while feeling the nature.However, if you have a barbecue, there is no supermarket nearby, and the butcher at Hakone Yumoto Station closes at 14: 00, so I think you need to prepare enough in advance.

We had no trouble finding the hotel from the train. It was a walking distance and it was quite a lovely walk because you see all the different stores and restaurants. We arrived early so we rested in the lounge and then went shopping and had lunch. Finally, our room was ready and we were very impressed with the decor as well as a cleanliness. We especially loves the outdoor onsen which made you feel really relaxed as you listen to the birds. Our next night was with another Iori property so they transported our luggage to the next destination (so that we didn’t have to lug it around on the bus). Overall, we would be returned!
