"SUMIRE AOI HOUSE" is a small Japanese house. The basic structure of the house was designed in 1952 by Makoto Masuzawa, a leading architect in Japan. And the house was redesigned by Makoto Koizumi in 1999. I had lived 20 years with my family. The sense of space by the south-facing large windows and the stairwell, it will make you attracted. The area has some parks and fields, and it's leisurely. I can introduce nearby shops. Please spend your time like traveling daily life.

Our home is a 15 minute train ride from Shinjuku. The town of Nogata is lively and convenient, and we are a few blocks away in a quiet residential neighborhood. You will stay on the first floor, with use of the basement of our three-story house. You will have your own entrance, complete privacy and almost everything you will need to feel at home upon your arrival. Our home is best for families, remote workers or people who like to relax after a long day.

Peaceful Riverside View, Asakusa

**IMPORTANT** There is ongoing construction in several areas around my house. The building next next to my house is under construction from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Additionally, there is a construction site across the river, working from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. With all these constructions going on, the area is quite noisy during the day. This house was built more than 100 years ago (survived WW2 and some great earthquakes), and was renovated recently. It is located just 1min away from Hiroo subway station (Hibiya-line). Hiroo is one of most popular residential neighborhood in Tokyo. There are many restaurants and shops in Hiroo and it is very easy to access to Ebisu, Roppongi (3min by subway), Shibuya and Omote-sando (within 3km).

I wanted to create a stylish room could comfortably spend time in the Shibuya/Harajuku area, where I was born and raised Our hostel is in the middle of Shibuya and Harajuku, 10 minute walk to JR Shibuya station or JR Harajuku Station.
