Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Toledo Bend Reservoir

We were in town for our grandsons 2nd birthday. This beautiful cottage was perfect for us to retreat to once his party was over. There were 8 of us that stayed and it was very comfortable and cozy for all. We were able to have son and family over that evening, decorated cookies for Christmas (an annual family tradition), played available on site card game, and fellowship together along with making many priceless memories together that will forever be treasured. Highly recommend this cottage and the hosts! They definitely went above and beyond to make sure all that would be needed was there for us. If back in this area, this will be where we stay!! :)

We needed a quiet get away in the middle of no where and that is exactly what we got. It was peaceful and nice right in the middle of the country. Rich was incredibly helpful and responsive. We have family that lives near by his air bnb and plan to return for our annual trips. Thankyou so much for a great space!

Very neat house that has a lodge feel. Plenty of sleeping area with comfortable beds. Great outdoor space for cooking, fire, and drinks. Convinient distance to the stump and Rayburn resort.

We had a nice weekend get away. We have two children under 6 and they had a great time!

My family and I just got home from our trip to Sam Rayburn where we had a great time. Abbie's place was awesome and we started fishing before we even unpacked the car. The house was perfect for the 4 of us but could easily fit 4 more. We had brought our 2 dogs and were able to easily keep them penned up with a baby gate. Although the wifi is a bit slow, we were able to watch shows on our prime account easily. overall great stay, and plenty of fishing fun.

It was the nicest big roomy house. I love the way it’s set up . Perfect for family gatherings and couples with children. Plenty of extra in the kitchen and bathroom. I will always choice this place when I’m in this location

This was a gem of a place in a great location on the water. Would definitely stay again. The kitchen had anything you would need and would comfortably sleep a large family.

We enjoyed our stay and wished that it could have been longer. As we drove up, the long driveway, and saw the house we were a little surprised… it looked exactly like the pictures! I mean, sure it should but they never really do… until now. It is such a cool looking house. It really looks like a captain’s boat. And so nice on the inside! It has a nicely equipped kitchen and really nice dishes and silverware. We ate in and everything turned out great! After dinner, all 6 of us enjoyed our time sitting around the dinner table and into the night playing card games. We were able to check in early without a fee! It was a great Easter experience. We bought bottled water at a nice price at the Dollar General. We were given several restaurant recommendations, we tried the Burger Depot and were pleasantly surprised by both the reasonable prices and the quality of their menu. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. We all slept well! We enjoyed our stay very much!

Our group of 4 was accommodated nicely. A group of 5-7 could easily stay. The home is like new and beautiful. It has everything you need to make your stay pleasant. Recommend highly!

This place is amazing. The home its self is so cozy, and the master bed was so comfortable. The location is breathtaking. The water was very low and we were given a heads up before. But we didn’t let it stop us. Fishing was great. We enjoy a family of bald eagles each day and even got greeted every morning by the friendly neighborhood dogs. This place is just what we needed. Already looking to book for 3 more times next year!!! The pool was soo clear even though it was to cold to swim.

Exceptional experience! David is a wonderful and personable host. He is very accommodating and the location was perfect. He gave us great fishing advice and restaurant recommendations. We felt like we were at home and were very comfortable. It was peaceful, private, and exactly as described. Extremely clean and well kept. We will definitely be back!

Words cannot express how amazing of a visit we had! The home was impeccably clean and equally as lovely and thoughtfully decorated as shown in the photos. Mariela was also extremely responsive throughout the entire process and extremely helpful. We also had everything we could have possibly needed during our stay from the kitchen to the bathrooms and everywhere in between. I cannot recommend this Airbnb enough!

Awesome place to stay, very clean and the description on listing was very accurate. The owner made us so very comfortable. Every evening after coming off the water we were greeted with some great baked goodies like Banana Bread and Persimmon Bread were just a few of the goodies. We would recommend this place to anyone that wants a clean, inviting space to vacation.

This little peace of heaven was perfect for us! We enjoyed our stay, it was close to the boat ramp at Mill Creek which was perfect for our trip reason. Heather was so responsive and helpful too.

Great cottage and close to Rayburn resort golf course!

My wife Loretta and I had a wonderful long Easter Weekend visit at Lake Record Lodge. Our 3 year old Labrador, Josie, loved the pet friendly cabin with beautiful fenced in backyard facing the lake. Also, the neighborhood boat launch made it super easy to get our boat out on the lake to enjoy a weekend of fishing. Conveniently located in mid lake area on Texas side of Toledo Bend made easy access to our favorite fishing areas!

We rented both cabins, the house, and the fifth wheel rv for a nearby family get together. All of the properties were in wonderful condition and the host was one of the best we’ve ever had on the platform. Thank you to the property owner and host.
