Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Welcome aboard! Safe and cozy space, excellent neighborhood with a privileged location, close to the municipal lake, city shopping, theater. You'll find the main avenue two blocks away, where there are pharmacies, markets, and a gas station. We have a bedroom with a double box bed, plus I offer an extra single mattress if necessary to accommodate more guests. Ideal for staying in Toledo!

It is close to the Menino Deus church, steakhouses, supermarkets, gas stations and the city's main avenue (Parigot de Souza), with several bus stops. Furthermore, it is close to the exit to the BioPark. Close to wooded areas that allow for physical activities.

Very comfortable and well located

Enjoy this experience individually or as a family. A place with a great location, close to universities, markets, shopping, the municipal lake and other entertainment. A safe, comfortable, great neighborhood and very quiet place. The space has 1 double bed, 2 single beds, but we have a sofa bed in the living room, which can accommodate up to 6 people as needed.

The exterior of the kitnet features a tiled pathway leading to a dark entrance door. Adjacent to the door is a practical sink installed against the wall, and two large windows are framed in black, allowing natural light to enter the space.
