We invite you to a cottage where, instead of a TV, your attention will be drawn to panoramic windows overlooking the forest right from a comfortable bed. On the terrace, you will be greeted by a squirrel and a neighbor's cat, in the morning you will be awakened by birdsong, and in the evening the starry sky will take your breath away. We built our cottages on the edge of the 430-year-old village of Ciotusza Nowa, where the Sopot River has its source (hence the name of the cottage). The private forest connects with the forests of the Krasnobrodzki Landscape Park. The area is ideal for hiking and biking.

Roztocze, Podlesina; Uroczysko on the bicycle trail

If you like the forest, silence, nature and cycling/jogging, this is the place for you. Podlesina is a village in the forest, on the route of the Central Cycling Trail of Roztocze. Children forget about screens, absorbed in watching frogs at the spring and rolling down the sandy hill straight to the playground. It is a great starting point for exploring Roztocze: Szumy nad Tanwią, Zwierzyniec, kayaking, Szczebrzeszyn, Zamość in close proximity. Lviv is only 90 km away. "Sielsko" is a place where you can listen to the singing of the forest, watch nature, relax, stop rushing and just be. The picturesque, nearly 100-year-old cottage is located in the beautiful forests of Lipsko Polesie, in Roztocze (between Zamość and Krasnobród). The cottage stands on a half-hectare, fenced, densely wooded plot. The asphalt and civilization are 2 km away by forest road. This is a place for an urban detox!

Przystan Roztocze is a perfect place to stay with family or friends. A spacious house with an area of 185 m2. Large spaces, original glazing, a fireplace, a 6-meter-high mezzanine are just some of the advantages of the marina. The house has 5 bedrooms and a large open 50-meter living room. The house is designed for 12 people plus possibly children. We have a large barbecue gazebo, a Jacuzzi and many old rural buildings where you can relax.

Forest House on the Tanwią / Riverclose Cottage

The cottage is located in a quiet summer housing estate in the middle of the Solska Forest. Here you can relax from the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy the singing of birds and the fresh air of the pine forest. There are many walking and cycling routes in the area, and canoeing trips are organized on the Tanew River, which flows 50m from the cottage. In the evening, we recommend lighting a fire or a barbecue :)

Roztocze, Susiec, Paary - Bee and Friends

A more than 100-year-old yard at the end of the quiet village of Paary between Suśce and Narol in the Central Roztocze. The property is located in the Solska Forest Landscape Park. A large yard with an orchard to the east and to the west borders directly with the picturesque fields typical of Roztocze from the north with the above-mentioned Forest.
