Welcome to Villa Björkenäs – our newly built, architect-designed and idyllic lakehouse that we are happy to share with guests. The house is situated in a secluded spot in the woods, on a small headland by Lake Juven, offering a 270° view of the water, a private lakeside terrace, a jetty, a boat and a panoramic sauna. The decor is modern and Scandinavian with new amenities, large sunny terraces. Good opportunities for fishing, bathing, canoeing/kayaking and skiing (cross country + Alpin) Only 7 km to Åseda with good shops and public transportation.

Lovely cottage with stunning lake views and HotTub

Cottage with lake property and its own beach and dock. 3 bedrooms, 1 room with a double bed, 2 rooms each with each a bunk bed, and a sofa bed for 2 people in the TV room. Shower and toilet with own well and water heater. NOTE, washing machine is missing. Guests needs to bring own bed linen and towels. Access to a hot bath (39 degrees Celsius) all year round with circulation for purification. Use of a rowboat is included, bring your own life jackets. The cabin is smoking-free and pet-free! ATTENTION, not for partying groups!

You can get to Kalmar and Öland in 30-60 minutes and to Nybro to shop in ten. There are duvets, a wood-burning stove, a sauna in the woods and the cat Doris will be happy to stay with you if you want company.
