Cottage with lake property and its own beach and dock. 3 bedrooms, 1 room with a double bed, 2 rooms each with each a bunk bed, and a sofa bed for 2 people in the TV room. Shower and toilet with own well and water heater. NOTE, washing machine is missing. Guests needs to bring own bed linen and towels. Access to a hot bath (39 degrees Celsius) all year round with circulation for purification. Use of a rowboat is included, bring your own life jackets. The cabin is smoking-free and pet-free! This village is located along the eastern road but still secluded thanks to the garden. Proximity to the sea, Strandtorp or Bjärby-badet not more than a few kilometers away and only 15 km to the bridge and barely 30 km to Kalmar makes it suitable for many different day trips.
