This is a house on the shore of Lake Otsuka Park in Shin-Mizuto Hakkei. It started in July 2021. You can have a relaxing chat with friends and family, or shut out the busy everyday life and spend time looking at the pond. Self check-in and check-out. We're renovating, but The building is old and located in nature, so please refrain from booking if you are nervous. We have two single and semi-double beds from Simmons, which were used in the 1970s chandeliers and luxury hotels. The Japanese-style room can accommodate up to 3 people. Otsukaike Park has a 2.6 km path that is perfect for walking pets and running, and the Sakura Square, wooden bridges, playground equipment, fishing, and picnics make it a great place for people to relax. It is one of the leading swan migratory spots in the Kanto region, and in winter, many swans rest their wings, and it is a very beautiful pond surrounded by magnificent trees such as Japanese red pines. There is a supermarket, "Gokuraku-yu", nearby. We have electric stoves and kerosene stoves available. This property is specialized for dogs, where you can relax with your dog in a 100 tsubo private dog run. Dogs are allowed to enter all rooms and can sleep in the same bed as their owners, just like at home. The floor is cushioned and carpeted so that dogs do not slip. The dog run is all grass, so it is gentle on your dog's legs and doesn't get dirty easily. (The dog run is surrounded by fences and concrete, but in the case of a very small dog, please be sure to check the safety with the owner's eyes before letting the dog loose, as it may be able to escape) It is a small high location 36 m above sea level, so you can see the sea from any room.
