It is located on the First Coastal Line, 6th floor, RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE SEA, fully equipped with everything you need to give yourself a few well-deserved days of rest. It has a rooftop SPA with free facilities of Steam Baths, Sauna, Gym and also a panoramic Jacuzzi at low cost overlooking the ocean and the stars, upon reservation, It also has a beautiful swimming pool, barbecues from Tuesday to Sunday and direct access to the beach.

Great view, fully equipped, bright and newly renovated. Very close to the beach and next to a warehouse and commercial premises. A large 15m2 terrace and a clear view towards Socos and Tongoy beaches, perfect for resting and relaxing while looking at the sea all year round. Located on the 2nd floor, this 2D and 2B apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. It has direct access to the pool, beach and all the condominium facilities. Cozy, modern and brand new apartment in Puerto Velero beach. Everything here is for a quality and relaxed time: a full outside deck, great beds, top quality equipment, security and restricted access. Master bedroom with a King bed and on suite bathroom, and one and a half beds in the other room, all with orthopedic mattress. Full speed internet, TV in every room, full kitchen, washing machine, coffee maker, Hue light system. This place is just waiting for you to come!
