In addition, the house has private access, located in front of the house, to a beautiful beach. The latter can be reached by car in a few seconds or on foot. The house includes two floors, an outdoor and an indoor kitchen, two bathrooms, an outdoor shower, a living room, 4 bedrooms, a terrace with a view and a large garden.

The house is located in the center of the ancient village of Scopello. The newly renovated house has two bedrooms, one of which is a double, a large living room with a kitchen, and a private bathroom complete with a shower. The living room overlooks a charming and quiet pedestrian street. For almost the entire year, Scopello is a limited traffic zone; we therefore offer our guests the possibility to park their car at one of our private properties about 400 meters away.
