No wifi (good 5G mobile internet). Great for reading books and truly relaxing. There is a TV and some DVDs.

The unit / yard is fully enclosed and totally pet friendly. Outside of the yard they have unlimited beach to play on.

Close to beaches. A clean and tidy unit in a quiet location.
