Eldridge -Little Brick House- Circa 1889

Eldridge -Little Brick House- is my home but now the guest suite allows you to enjoy the charm of this special space. This beautiful little cottage was built in 1889 by bricklayer Albert Egbert Eldridge. Enjoy the gorgeous rustic brick interior complimented by beautiful modern conveniences. Centrally located to inner Toowoomba. Eldridge has had a renovation to make a cosy, comfortable completely private guest space. There are four steps up to the verandah to allow access to the guest suite.

Please note the loft is not suitable to old ages, the second bedroom is designed for yaunger children. The property is located in a fantastic point of Toowoomba.

Situated in a secure complex The apartment is larger than average bedsits with a leather lounge and 55" TV as well as a quality bed. There is free wi-fi available, as well as a pool/gym in the complex. NB. POOL AND SPA CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE DUE TO EMERGENCY REPAIRS.
