Enjoy the freedom to walk to the trails, some with ocean views. Relax on the patio with a complimentary bottle of wine, enjoy the hammocks, hot tub, go surfing or watch your favorite shows from every room. You can even book a massage right on the property (pending avails)!

Orchard House Retreat

(Feb 2025- The Topanga village and homes were spared from the Palisades fire) Welcome to Orchard House Retreat! This 700 sqft private house is in an ancient oak forest in Topanga Canyon near Topanga State Park, the village and the beach! It’s a charming 1 bedroom 1 bath with a cozy living/dining space, modern kitchen and a deck. There’s a well stocked kitchen and orchard. Please note there are two sets of stairs up to the Retreat so being able to climb stairs is necessary. Please see photos.

Treetop Oasis with a Balcony and Mountain Views

This guest suite blends vintage furniture and artwork with a 70's-inspired decor. Original wood-paneled walls and countless potted plants complement the gorgeous mountain views and wildlife that can be seen from the windows and private balcony. NOTE: This unit is below our home with an active toddler & across the hall from our office. It can be noisy at times. We overlook horses, so you may hear occasional neighing. If you have allergies to animals, this space may not be best for you.

Redwood House, Two Bedroom Topanga Home Under the Oaks

Lie in a hammock listening to birdsong. Sleep beneath dream catchers and fairy lights. Sculptural lighting and lovingly curated art pepper airy, plant-filled rooms. Beyond expansive windows, alfresco dining and canyon views beckon. While we understand this is a very picturesque location, any filming, photography, or non-standard use of the space is not included in a regular reservation and must be approved & quoted in advance. 3 cabins on the property, each with its own private space.

The Canyon Cabin

Private, bright tiny home with a loft nestled into the canyon hillside of Old Topanga. Independent, fully furnished with everything one to two people could need to have a relaxing retreat and enjoy the peaceful canyon views, nearby hiking trails, and escape the business of LA. You will have full access to the entire cabin, including front wrap-around porch, back patio, and yard. Full indoor bath as well as an outdoor clawfoot bathtub allows you to enjoy a relaxing soak with a view.
