It should be noted that, taking into account that the two floors are connected by an interior staircase, it is not advisable for families with young children. It also has a totally unobstructed view of the bays and parishes of the beautiful and indented north coast of Pico on your left.The interior space, in open spacestyle ,is modern and relaxed sophisticated, with a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining room. As if that were not enough, there is an additional treat: on the left side you will experience a sunset of those surreal and sublime - perfect and unforgettable. Bearing in mind that Casa do Ilhéu is on a slope, it is not recommended for people with motor difficulties and small children. It's an ideal place to relax. On hot days, you can enjoy the air-conditioning inside the house. 300 meters away is a natural pool and a snack bar (seasonal) It is 300 meters from the village of Topo, where there is a restaurant and mini-markets.

Located in a quiet area of the parish of Santo Amaro, where you wake up in the middle of nature with a fantastic view of the sea and São Jorge Island. Behind are the slopes of the northern part of the island. About 200 meters away is the Portinho bathing area. The house is equipped with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, air-conditioning and Wi-Fi. It has a bedroom/living room with a double bed, a bathroom and a kitchen.
