Beautifully located by a sparkling lake on a headland with water in three directions, this spacious house offers a unique combination of nature and convenience. The large plot has both open grass areas and forest nature. Private swimming area with its own floating jetty provides direct access to the water. There are hiking trails, proximity to golf courses and the west coast – perfect for outdoor activities, relaxation and excursions. Hilly plot with several stairs, unfortunately not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Bedroom 5 is a separate guest house.

Here you live undisturbed (only one neighbor) surrounded by forests and meadows, perfect for those seeking tranquility and proximity to nature. Enjoy the silence, take a swim in the lake, hike in the woods, pick berries and mushrooms. Or why not take a paddle tour or boat trip in the Baltic Sea/Ellenösjön – canoes/kayaks are available to borrow. There are also plenty of wild animals such as elk, deer, deer and wild boar in the nearby area.

Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

My place is right on the beach in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the lakeside and nature location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!

Hytte i idylliske omgivelser, med flotte uteområder. Meget usjenert. Høy standard med vann og strøm. Oppvaskmaskin på kjøkken. Nydelig utsikt med ca. 30 meter til badeplass fra brygge. Hytten er godt utstyrt med 3 gode dobbeltsenger, (sengetøy med bringes) Mulighet for lån av kano og liten robåt. Gode fiskemuligheter, særlig for Gjørs. Fint turterreng. 13 km til 18 hull golfbane. 13 kilometer til Munkedal (matbutikker og systembolag). 22 kilometer til Uddevalla og Torp handelssenter.
