Unique oceanfront villa with sunset. Beautiful garden with large swimming pool and stone barbecue. Well equipped with sun loungers and chill-out area. Beautiful terrace overlooking the sea and Ciutadella Bay. 200 meters from the beach and 5 kilometers from the emblematic Ciutadella. Very cool and bright interior, with a living room on the upper floor with a dining table and ocean views, next to a very comfortable kitchen. The lower floor has four double rooms with air conditioning.

Villa Noka is a 5 double bedroom villa with bathroom ensuite in all rooms. there's a nice swimming pool and garden . Ideal for big families and group of friends who want to enjoy their holiday together with the privacy and comfortableness of having a bathroom for two. Located in Cala blanes , a family and touristic resort with restaurants, bars and also an aquapark for the youngests of the family! From 01/10 to 30/04 is low season. Therefore most restaurants are closed.
