Sweet, comfortable, 2 bedroom cabin (480 sq ft). Sweeping views of redrock and mountains. Elevation 7100. Hardwood maple floors, wood stove. Central heat/air. Fast, stable wifi. No TV. NO kitchen, exactly, but most cooking needs met. A bit small for 4 adults. Quiet. Small outdoor patio with table and chairs. Charcoal grill. A couples’ retreat, the Canyon Wren Cottage is sculpted into bedrock amongst pinion pines and old growth mountain mahogany brush. A picturesque erosion sculpted sandstone monolith rises four stories at the edge of the yard, just beyond the cottage. The approach to the cottage from Teasdale Road, is down a short lane crossing through woodland fringed meadow with a wetland on one side and alfalfa cultivation on the other. We have area that if you need to park a truck and trailer for enjoying our mountains. We own a kennel on the property. This is a great place to stay and have your pet close for a minimal fee to go for a walk with you. We request that your pets stay in the kennel area to help keep cleaning costs down.

Economy "Tuff Shed" Cabin

We lovingly refer to our Economy cabins as "Tuff Shed" cabins. They are very basic with one Queen bed, a small TV, a desk, and a chair. The cabins have both heat and A/C. These are camp cabins, so there is no restroom or kitchen within the cabin. The restrooms, hot showers, drinking water, and a dishwashing sink is close by. Please note - We do not provide cooking facilities with this rental. No Pets Allowed. Checkout is 10:00 AM local time. No check-ins before 3 PM.
