Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and fridge (no freezer) If you need a washing machine or freezer, it can be arranged in the main house. The bed is made and towels/bath towels and bathrobes are available for you. Nespresso machine, capsules and tea are included in the price TV and wifi are available Electric cars can be charged at our premises at cost price. Swish and grab for a cold drink and a snack box.

The villa is located 4 km from Storsjöns pearl, Årsunda Strandbad. 30 minutes' drive from Kungsberget Ski resort and 20 minutes from popular Högbo Bruk. Currently, there is only access to the lake in winter.

Gammelgården

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Lake house with all the amenities by the fishing lake.

Home closer to the water is hard to find. Taking the boat or in winter time going out to Holmen outside to grill and watch the sunset is an extra plus. 2 supboard available for rent, as well as electric motor to the boat. Please also refer to my guidebook that is in my profile. The internet works well with mobile broadband via Telia and others. Winter info: Romme Alpin and Kungsberget are slalom slopes 65 km away. Ryllshyttebacken is a nice family hill 12 km away.

Newly-built house on lake plot near Romme Alpin

Welcome to a newly built house on its own lake plot with magical views! In summer, you can enjoy swimming and sun from your own jetty and borrow a rowing boat, SUP and wood-fired hot tub. In the fall, you pick berries and mushrooms directly outside the house. In winter, it is about 13 minutes to Romme Alpin. When there is ice on the lake, you can ice skate and take lovely walks. There is a sauna and fireplace with access to wood for frozen ski enthusiasts.

Sturdy timber cabin with a view over Hovran. Patio with barbecue, access to a private jetty and a rowing boat during the summer. A bedroom with 4 beds in the form of 2 bunk beds, a bedroom with 2 beds. The living room has a fireplace and on the plot there is a wood-burning sauna. The accommodation is suitable for those who want to enjoy the tranquility and nature, parties not allowed.

Cozy Bakery on 19th century farm!

Cozy accommodation on a charming 19th-century farm. Highly located with beautiful nature and miles of gravel roads for walking or biking. We currently have a cat, 20 chickens, 6 Lapp goats and two horses here on the farm. If you want to rent bed linen and towels, that's fine, it costs SEK 150 per set. Cleaning is not included, but if you want to buy cleaning, it costs SEK 700.
