Washing machine in the bathroom and shower with entrance from the outside. 30 minutes to Kalmar and about 45 minutes to Karlskrona. Grocery store is in Bergkvara about 2 km away. 24/7 and farm shop in Bröms.

You are also at a convenient distance to the sea with nice beaches. The house is an old cottage that has been renovated.
