The flat is accessed through its own entrance with private parking right outside the front door. The apartment has a large private terrace, one bedroom, living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a large bathroom with heated floor, shower and washer. There is public parking right outside the front door, where you can park up to 8 hours for free.

The cottage stands very close to the sea with a view of the fjord, the nearby marina and Torshavn. The house's unique location makes it possible to observe a varied wildlife of seabirds, some seals, fishing boats, cruise liners and container ships up close. This small house has two floors. The location of the accommodation is in the center, the good thing is that it is a short distance to everything in the city center, but if you have a car then there is zona parking at 2 hours outside the apartment from 0900 to 1800 Monday to Friday, but there is a parking space close by and there can be kept for 8 hours. The weekend is free parking outside the apartment.
