It takes about 30 minutes. 20 minutes by car to Gothenburg city center. 700 meters to the nearest good grocery store. Willys. 2 km to major shopping malls, good restaurants, etc. Electricity pole free

Nice house with fireplace in the middle of nature

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Here you wake up to birdsong, eat breakfast on one of the terraces or bring the breakfast tray to the garden. Perhaps you will take a morning walk together around Vimmersjön, a 4.5 km round in an idyllic rural setting. If you are interested in disc golf, this accommodation is ideal as the course is only 5 minutes away by car. During the month of December, the house is decorated for Christmas and is waiting to welcome you for a cozy winter stay during the Christmas season.

Firewood is provided for the first day, and as an extra luxury there is a canoe and a rowing boat ALL THIS IS INCLUDED IN THE RENT. Fishing is allowed with a fishing license that you buy on Ifiske search on fishing-ningsjoarna-oxsjon. But fishing for children up to 14 years is FREE. This charming villa of about 150 m² is located in idyllic Hällsvik, close to the sea, at the end of a quiet and peaceful cul-de-sac. A generous terrace runs around the house with both a dining area and lounge group in several directions, creating perfect conditions for sun all day. The villa has an excellent location with proximity to fantastic walking trails along cliffs, sea and forest.
