Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Totonicapán Department

Wir hatten eine sehr tolle Zeit in Xela und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Unterkunft. Die Dusche war schön heiss, die Fotos des Zimmers sind schon ein bisschen älter aber es ist sehr gross mit vielen Möglichkeiten etwas zu Verstauen, perfekt für zwei Personen! Die Gemeinschaftsküche super, mit Trinkwasser und heissem Wasser für Tee etc. Der Innenhof war sehr schön und gemütlich. Wir haben uns der Spanischschule bei einer Tour angeschlossen und hatten eine schöne Zeit. Luis war ein super Gastgeber! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

La gente de la casa fuè muy disponible y la ropa de cama super calentita y suabesita! yo no sabìa que en Xela hacer frio por las tarde noche asì que el baNo afuera puede ser un pequeNo dilema si Eres friolento como yo. Apreciè las explicaciones y descripciones detalladas para todo.

Alles wie beschrieben und genau wie auf den Fotos. Schnelle Antworten im Chat vorab und sehr freundlich und bemüht. Top Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Einziges Manko: etwas schwierig zu finden, aber Jocelyn hat sich Mühe gegeben und es vorab so gut wie möglich beschrieben. Gerne wieder!

great location, very comfortable and lovely outdoor space as well.. the parking inside was great, kitchen bathrooms and sitting areas were lovely. the coffee Jenifer left for us was excellent.

Large downstairs apartment, had everything you could ask for. Close enough to walk to the center, and La Tora. Well worth the price, would recommend and return for short or longer stays.

La comunicacion con el anfitrion fue bastante buena, resolvió cada uno de los inconvenientes . la ubicacion del lugar me parece perfecta . Sin duda regresaria.

Encantada con el lugar, tal cual como en la descripción, limpio, ordenado, buena ubicación, hermosa vista y con todos los utensilios necesarios, tanto de cocina como de limpieza e higiene personal, junto a mi familia pasamos un descanso agradable y cómodo, quedamos satisfechos con el servicio, sin duda volveremos nuevamente! Lo recomiendo totalmente 10/10 👍

El lugar tiene muy buena ubicación en la Calle Santader, un lugar suficiente para descansar y tener todo accesible.

Alejandro's place was great! We loved the 360 view and the outdoor shower. It was great seeing the sunrise from the balcony every morning! Host is very responsive and helpful as well. Something to note - the neighborhood has a lot of roosters crowing all night, and because the metal roof is not completely closed, it might be hard for some people to get a good night's sleep. By no means is this the place's fault though, but just to be aware if you're a light sleeper! Everything else was awesome, very clean and good amenities! Drinking water in the kitchen, warm showers, good working faucet, a desk to work at, a bench on the balcony! Power outlets were also abundant and there's a good working ceiling fan:) Thanks, Alejandro!

En toppenvistelse! Vi var tvungna att byta boende sent på kvällen, Andrea svarade direkt och personalen tog emot oss vid grinden och hjälpte oss med väskor nerför trapporna. Sängen var enorm och den skönaste vi någonsin sovit i. Otroligt vacker utsikt, bara några meter från sjön, att vakna till. Rent och fräscht och hade allt man behövde i kök och på badrum, stor och härlig dusch. Extra tack för att Andrea alltid svarade mycket snabbt och hon och personalen var mycket omtänksamma och hjälpsamma. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

Sarah was such an amazing host because she was super helpful with transportation arrangements, activity recommendations and responsive to messages. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures and the location was great because there were plenty of restaurant options, it felt safe and is just a short walk away from the lake-side.

Excelente lugar, muy limpio y accesible, solo tomar en cuenta que no incluye parqueo, pero hay parqueos cerca, nos encantó el lugar, sin duda volveríamos!

El hospedaje tiene una ubicación muy buenas, es amplio, tiene las amenidades necesarias. Sarah estuvo muy atenta y fue muy rápida en dar respuesta y colaboración en todo momento.

Todo fue excelente, muy bonito, espacioso ordenado y limpio. La vista en la terraza fue lo mejor ver el atardecer y el amanecer fue muy bello..... mi familia quedó encantada, volvere en un futuro.

This location has one of the best views of any place we have ever stayed. We were able to see the sun rise from the balcony and observe the stars at night in the hot tub. Absolutely stunning! Alejandra and Fernando are kind, helpful and wonderful. They provided everything we needed for our stay. Andrea responded very quickly when we were in need of assistance. I will say, read the manual and be sure to take a ferry to San Marcos and tuk tuk to the property from there. We made the mistake of telling a private boat captain we were going to San Pablo and paid an extremely inflated price to be dropped off there. Lesson learned. Also, the stairs to the property are very steep. They are well lit and have a rail but if you have any mobility issues, I would not recommend this property. Overall, our stay was wonderful and we plan on staying again when we return.
