This charming studio casita is situated on a hillside with the best views of sunrise and moonrise over Lake Atitlan as well as fantastic canyon views. Very private, quiet, lovely gardens, kitchen. Perfect for a single person or a couple. Min. 2 days Santa Cruz is only accessible by boat and is known for its beauty and tranquility. There are some good local restaurants along the lake shore plus kayak rentals and great swimming at the foot our our hill. Hiking is also wonderful in our area.

The uniquely designed space has a bright and airy floor plan, with 2 built-in king-sized beds (plus a single), a fireplace, a lounge area which doubles as additional sleeping space (best for kids), a fully-equipped kitchen, a full bath featuring a two-person soaking tub, a dining area, and a 10 meter-long patio with a day bed, hammock and sitting area. Of course, all rooms have spectacular views of the lake and the majestic volcanoes for which Lake Atitlan is known.

Serenity, nature and lush landscapes meet luxury here at Lakeview Lodge, nestled between the two Mayan villages of San Marcos La Laguna and Tzununa. It is perfectly suited for those who long for tranquility and privacy. It is just a 15 minute walk downhill (or a 5 minute tuktuk ride) to the popular hipster/holistic village of San Marcos La Laguna. From our road entrance up to the house there are 150 steps to hike, well worth it for the incredible view!

This idyllic property is a true hidden gem that will steal your heart with its timeless beauty and peaceful atmosphere. A 5 minute walk from the town square, Casa Tula is nestled in its own private courtyard garden (with fountain) on a gentle South-facing slope that boasts breath-taking views. The property is only accessible by boat but its approx. a 15 minute walk to the town of Santa Cruz, and very close to kayak and paddle board rentals. We are about a 10 minute boat ride to Panajachel.

El Níspero II is a 2-story apartment located in the same cabin, which contains two apartments. This property is located in downtown Panajachel. The cabin is at the foot of a mountain and is surrounded by a forest which fosters an atmosphere of peace, comfort and nature. The apartment on the first level has an equipped kitchen and dining area, and on the second level is the bedroom and private bathroom. All areas are private!
