Fabulous location with great cafe across the road, playground next door and the village shops around the corner. Place was nicely appointed with comfortable beds. Donna was v responsive and provided great suggestions of places to visit.

The property had everything we needed. It was perfectly presented and was in a convenient location.

Our stay was great, the location is perfect, close to the park, short drive to main restaurants, shops and cafes. Laura was friendly and helpful.

We love spending time beach time, we have made it an annual holiday tradition! Geoff and Kellie do an amazing job and the house is beautiful! It’s a home away from home and you feel safe visiting with your dogs. We hate leaving and count down the days till we are back again.

We had a really lovely weekend at Anna and Greg’s place. It is such a tranquil picturesque spot and we loved the chickens that wandered the garden and that Anna let us help feed the horses. It was a beautiful get away for all our family.

Our party of 5 including grandparents and 2 yr old son had a lovely stay at Michelle's. we stayed for 4 nights and spent the mornings at the beach which is just around the corner and lazy afternoons in the pool. The garden and house are well maintained and very cosy for a family trip away. I'd recommend stocking up on food as there are currently no shops/cafes at Pearl beach, but it was handy having a coffee cart turn up next door in the mornings. Even though there is construction building next door, my 2 year old son loved watching the machines and was disappointed when they weren't working on the weekend！Thanks again for sharing your home with us Michelle, we will be back！

We enjoyed a couple of days at the Pool House in Caves Beach. Good location, an easy walk to the beach, shops and cafes. The Pool House was perfect for our needs, very clean, well equipped, private and the fridge was thoughtfully stocked with milk, bread, eggs, wine and beer and other provisions. A very comfortable stay, thank you.

This lakeside home is the perfect getaway for large family gatherings for all ages! The pool was AMAZING, the pool table was used constantly, the kitchen was well stocked and the 3 main bedrooms has the most incredible views. The beds were all very comfortable, and there were multiple TVs to suit everyone. The bathrooms were spacious and modern. The views were stunning across the lake, especially at sunset. our family of 13 had a very special and memorable stay. Justin's videos were very helpful and his communication was excellent.

My family along with 2 other families stayed during the Easter break. The stay was pleasant as it was very spacious, comfortable and quiet with lots of things to do and enjoy. Most importantly, our kids enjoyed swimming, playing pool and ping pong. If there is another chance, we’ll definitely rebook this place. Sarah was also very responsive and made it easy to check in. Victoria was a wonderful host and the location was perfect. so peaceful and just what I was looking for. There was easy access to the mountain for a bush walk and spectacular views of the bay. The unit was equipped with everything we needed. would recommend for a peaceful stay.

Tracey & Carl's place was fantastic. The check-in instructions were really clear and easy to follow. I would definately recommend anyone wanting to experience the Hunter Valley region stay here.

We had a great time at Stephen's place! The pool provides great entertainment, the place was immaculate, versatile and convenient and Stephen was very responsive when we had questions. We loved the touch of music in the media room!

The perfect place if you are looking to unwind and have the most relaxing time. Very modern and beautiful. It comes with everything you need if planning your work remotely for a couple of days. This is the second time I’ve stayed and it was fabulous. DiMarco is very responsive to any questions and is close by to pop around and sort out any issues which is fantastic. It is very quiet and a short drive to great cafes and restaurants. I love being able to have my dog with me and it’s an easy walk to the bay nearby which is dog friendly. Or a short drive to the dog friendly off leash beach at Ettalong. The cafes and shops are also dog friendly. The Palm Beach ferry is also close by if you want a day trip. I’ll definitely be back.

The house was incredibly spacious and had so many great amenities for us to enjoy. It was located in a peaceful and secluded area, making it the perfect spot for a fun and relaxing getaway. So glad we got to experience it!

Nice little spot to stay for a couple of nights while visiting friends and family. Close to lots of food choices and shopping centres. Close to the lake and not much further to the beach.
