Voici mon chalet, au coeur du vignoble chinonais et avec la foret domaniale dans le dos. Ce chalet vous ravira par son calme et sa proximité avec les chateaux de la loire (Azay le rideau 10mn, et Chinon a 12 mn). Depart direct du chalet pour randonnée dans la foret et caves vigneronnes! Ce chalet de 30m2 se compose d une cuisine, salle de bain, salon (avec canapé convertible) et d'une mezzanine avec matelas de 1m90*1m40. Les draps sont non fournis. L'entrée se fait de manière autonome.

For your comfort, sheets and towels are provided, the cottage is air-conditioned and equipped with Internet.

Ideally located between Beauval and Chenonceau on more than 2 hectares, we offer our comfortable cottage for 4 people adjoining our home. It consists of: a kitchen open to the living room with sofa bed 2 beds, flat screen TV, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, oven, microwave. A bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, a bedroom with 160 bed. (possibility of baby bed). Pretty terrace at your disposal. Check-in 5:00 p.m. check-out before 10:00 a.m.

Tiny heated in winter and air-conditioned in summer.

The place is ideal for recharging your batteries! Imagine a lovely 37 m² house buried in the rock, completely restored with eco-friendly materials. The cave does not have a mobile network. A terrace overlooking a garden in the middle of the woods where a stream flows. Not overlooked, the only neighbors are us. Hiking trails pass in front of this haven. Total disconnection in harmony with nature. A great place for Mindfulness Meditation.

The small house

10 minutes from the city center of Tours, nestled in the heart of a 2-hectare wooded park, you will find calm and comfort. Close to the Loire bike path and the city bus, at the end of a cul-de-sac, you will enjoy all the charms of the countryside at the gates of the historic city. You can park your car right next to the house with peace of mind. We will be happy to host you in our newly renovated little house.

The Cave of Moulin de la Motte Baudoin

Welcome to the Grotte du Moulin! This natural loft is embedded in a limestone mound and will surprise you with its irregularity. It consists of a large kitchen open to the living room and a bedroom with bathroom separated by a sliding garage door. In the bedroom, you have a double bed (160 cm) and in the living room a single bed (90 cm) with a non-convertible sofa that can be used as a small bed.
