The cottage is quietly located on a cul-de-sac with very little traffic, about 300 meters from the harbor and 650 meters from the beach. The cottage has a tiled bathroom with a shower cubicle and its own washing machine. Kitchen with dining table, oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge, freezer and sofa bed. Bedroom with 140 cm bed and 90 cm bunk bed. Sofa bed 120 cm located in the living room/kitchen. Private parking for car directly outside the entrance. Welcome

Relax in this unique and tranquil accommodation with views that extend across the entire Askimsfjorden all the way out to Tistlarna. Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Here you live quietly and secluded, without through traffic, but with proximity to everything that makes Swedish summer magical: saltwater swimming, surfing, fishing boats, restaurants right by the sea and ice cream in the sun. The apartment is fully equipped and perfect for couples or the small family. The accommodation is also suitable for surfers, only 5 minutes to one of Sweden's best surf spots.

The guest house was renovated in 2022 and is only 200 meters to the village's cozy beach. There are 6 sleeping places. Sleeping loft: 1 double bed (180 cm) and 2 single beds of 90 cm. Sofa bed on the ground floor, 140 cm. The house is built in the corner of our house with its own entrance and private patio with barbecue grill. Parking is available for one car.

You can see the beautiful blue sea, from the kitchen table. The cottage has a fully-equipped kitchen with everything needed for cooking everyday or for a party. Renovated little guest cottage near the sea and a fine sandy beach in southern Träslövsläge (Läjet), 8 km south of Varberg. Läjet is an old fishing village with cute wooden houses, narrow alleys and harbor. In the summer there's a long line to the icecream café Tre Toppar and good food is served at Joel's brygga. Nearby there is a bus stop to Varberg, which is a lovely summer town, known for its fortress, salt bath, spa and surf. Ca 40 min. to Gothenburg by train or car to Ge-Kå's in Ullared.
