Iconic 17th Century Thatched Cottage

Enjoy the beautiful garden in the summer sunshine or hunker down next to the fire in the winter, Hoo Cottage has it all! It is one of the few thatched Cotswold Stone properties, tucked away in the idyllic village of Chipping Campden. We have done our best to bringing out the distinctive character of this historic property, while furnishing it in a luxurious rustic style. The history of the cottage is still up to debate. However, we have found evidence of it playing a role as the village bakery.

The detached cottage is spotlessly clean, up a long driveway set in 12 acres of fields, a peaceful courtyard, together with a large farmhouse and a two bedroom cottage. Where possible a 2 night stay over a weekend. You arrive and it’s self checkin, and you can relax in the middle of the most beautiful countryside location. We ask you to be respectful of the community that we live, for this is strictly not a party house. It is for total relaxation, walks, fresh air and gatherings.

The Coach House is an absolutely beautiful self-contained apartment with incredible country-side views towards Edge Hill and stunning Warwickshire countryside. High ceilings, modern interiors and a beautiful location. It is within easy reach of the Cotswolds, Stratford upon Avon, Warwick, Cheltenham, and Silverstone (30m). Nesting Red Kites regularly fly overhead. Very well appointed it makes a perfect spot for a romantic break and you are guaranteed a warm and friendly welcome.
