Within the grounds, a spring flows down to the valley and dogs can be exercised in the owners' fields. Truro is just a short 10 minute drive away and the loft is centrally located to explore the whole of Cornwall. It is excellently located for the hospital.

Garden retreat is a lovely self-contained annexe in a quiet location in Truro. Countryside walks next door, 10 mn walk to Truro centre , 5 mn walk to the station and 10mn walk to Sainsbury's. The kitchenette is fully equipped for cooking. Comfortable double size bed, clothes storage unit, dresser, bar breakfast/working station and chairs. Bathroom with toilet, wash basin and shower. The annexe is a lovely, modern, self contained property in a pleasant neighbourhood, bordering countryside but only a 5 minute drive toTruro City Centre. It is within five minutes level walk of Treliske Hospital and a short walk to the local shop and bus stops, which will take you around the county. Being centrally located in Cornwall, you are not far from either North or South coast, many attractions and beautiful beaches. You are minutes away from Truro Golf and tennis clubs.
