The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

Open plan barn conversion, spacious living area and lovely sunny outside seating area. 10 mins walk to Port Quin and the coastpath. 35 mins walk to Port Isaac on the inland footpath. 10 mins drive to the surf at Polzeath. A great base to explore either on foot or by car.

Nestled in a valley, The Piggery has been renovated into guest accommodation. There is a kitchen, comfy double bed, bathroom with shower and a cosy wood burning stove. The river, with salmon and trout, is a haven for wildlife. Our home is a former water mill and smallholding of 5 acres and we keep Meg the dog, Tony the Shetland pony and a rooster with his chickens. The area is a listed site of natural beauty and a site of scientific interest. The views from the barn are wonderful.
