It has been fully renovated throughout, completed in late 2019 ready for the 2020 season. It sleeps 6 people in 3 double bedrooms arranged over two floors. There are 3 bathrooms, a large open plan kitchen/diner area, spacious lounge and laundry room. To the outside there is a patio area to the rear and a courtyard area to the front with seating. There is also ample parking space.

Our place is in the village of Rhuddlan near a 13th century church and castle, the River Clwyd, the Clwydian Hills, the beaches of Rhyl & Prestatyn, and the North Wales Expressway (A55). The peaceful, historic village has small local shops, tea rooms, pubs, restaurants and takeaways. The modern, ground floor annex is private, with its own front door, hall, bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower and small kitchenette. It is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers.

Ty Hâf is detached, situated next to our own home, with lovely views of the Clwydian hills from the front patio. A place to relax, walk and enjoy this great location. An excellent pub/restaurant, The Dinorben Arms, offers real ales and great food, just a 15 minute walk away. Convenient location for local walks on the hills, along the river or Offas Dyke path. Outdoor pursuits and many other activities are available in the Snowdonia National Park and along the beautiful North Wales Coast.
