Cottage surrounded by nature

"IL PODERACCIO" is a typical stone farmhouse located on the hills surrounding Lake Trasimeno, immersed in beautiful Mediterranean vegetation. The building is spread across two floors. The pool and garden frame the whole. The swimming pool is open from May 1st to October 15th. Please note that following the COVID 19 emergency, all the directives required by the legislation have been adopted for cleaning and sanitizing the house.

The apartment "Il Fienile" is located inside Corte Fratini, a rural complex of the 1700s, recognized of historical interest, built around a closed yard in the town of Pigge 3 km from Trevi. The apartment has a separate entrance, 1 double bedroom with hot tub, kitchen with living area, sofa, private bathroom, fireplace, TV and WiFi. Dogs under 10 kg are allowed by request with a daily fee to be paid on site.
