The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

The South West Coast Path is right on your doorstep and St Mawes, Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Caerhays etc are all nearby. Newly decorated for 2025 and a short walk from the beach and tidal pool. Close by is a fabulous farm shop for milk, croissants and other essentials. The neighbouring town of Padstow is a couple of minutes away by car or a walk through the fields or along the coast for some world class dining options. There is parking for one car.

Primrose Glamping Pod

Tucked away in a secluded spot less than a mile away from historic Padstow, our exclusive pods have it’s own kitchen and dining area, shower and W/C, comfortable double bed & sofa bed. The area extends outside with a large decked area for you to enjoy the long summer evenings or cosy on up to your own firepit. Please see listing for linen, cooking and BBQ packs. Please be aware that the slope to the pods is quite steep, but it does have a handrail to assist you.

Sitting room with further estuary views. Easily accommodates 6. Sorry no dogs.
