The Shed

A self contained garage conversion comprising of - Bedroom (double bed), bathroom, cosy living space with log burner. Kitchen area with hob (NO OVEN), Air fryer, fridge, kettle and microwave. Tea/coffee/milk and some breakfast items (bread/cereals) are provided. As are towels and bedding, toilet roll & hand soap. Outside sitting area with countryside views. 5 minutes walk to coast path. Quaint village pub with beautiful sea views within walking distance. Unfortunately we do not allow any pets.

Welcome to Poldene Karrji. Our newly renovated annex. Great location in Helston, 20 minute walk into the town centre and a short walk to the local supermarket. Helston is well placed for visiting popular beaches in south west Cornwall. The annex is attached to our home but with it's own separate entrance and parking. The space is newly renovated and is light and bright with the added addition of a lantern light to gaze at the stars at night. Perfect for exploring the delights of Cornwall.

The Apple Loft - perfect for a Cornish escape

The Apple Loft is a beautifully converted cottage in the grounds of Tremayne House, providing accommodation for two adults. The Apple Loft has a private courtyard to the back, perfect for long meals on sunny evenings or dozing in the sun. The spacious bedroom and shower room are on the ground floor, with an open plan kitchen/living space on the first floor. The kitchen provides a great space for creating some delicious dishes, while the comfy sofa and log burner make evenings even more cozy.

Sunset Ridge Geodesic Dome is situated in its own private, gated area and has some stunning views of the Cornish countryside. Fully insulated and with it's own wood-burner, our dome is very cosy all year round. Complete with separate shepherd's hut bathroom and kitchen area. Mazal House Studio.

Mazal Studio is a self contained annex, with a double bedroom with shower, separate WC and basin and a basic kitchen/utility room. Although there are no facilities to cook as such there is a small microwave oven and fridge for your convenience, you are more than welcome to bring food in. We are situated a short distance from Helston town centre and are very close to Coronation Park and the Boating Lake. Lidl is a 2 minute walk away, as is the beautiful Penrose walk down to Loe Bar.

You don't need to go far from Lamarth Farm to find sandy beaches, the SW coastal path and small villages with wonderful restaurants and pubs Kynance Cove, St Michaels Mount, Lizard Point, Porthleven and the Helford River and so many more just waiting to be discovered…

Relax and feel at one with nature, in this romantic luxurious shepherds hut. You'll discover Lowarth Treargel situated in the heart of Cornwall in beautiful peaceful woodland just outside the historic town of Helston. The quintessential fishing village of Porthleven is a 12 minute drive, the stunning streets of St Ives are 35 minutes, while Poldark mine is 5 minutes by car. There's easy access to the Lizard peninsula and beaches of the north and south coast of Cornwall.
