Guests have free access to the beautiful pool, small gym, sauna and jacuzzi onsite. Just 15 mins walk to a beautiful, dog-friendly beach too! We now have a a smart PAYG EV charging point too!

The famous Hidden Hut beach cafe is only 250 yards away as is the South West coast path and Porthcurnick beach. Relaxed and fine dining all within walking distance. Fully equipped high standard approved holiday let cottage.

Little House (sleeps 2/3) is in the Roseland Peninsula Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Near South West Coast Path and stunning Portholland and Carne beaches. Bedroom/living room (double bed + sofa bed), shower room, kitchenette. Private, with own fenced in garden, lovely views. (Driveway shared with main house.) Fast broadband, 43in smart TV (Netflix, Prime etc). EV charger and hot tub, both charged separately - pls request in advance. Hot tub: £15 first night, £5 each subsequent night.

It has underfloor heating, woodburner and two luxurious outdoor baths from where you can lie back and watch the stars. it is only a 15-minute walk to pretty sandy beaches, delightful beach cafes and cosy traditional pubs. Close to Portscatho, St Mawes and the King Harry Ferry.

The Lodge is set within our private land in the small hamlet of Camels above the fishing village of Portloe, on the Roseland Peninsular. A new-build project completed in spring 2022, The Lodge was designed to be a well appointed, minimal and contemporary space flush with its exceptional natural surroundings. Lower Stables is a romantic hideaway nestled in the private countryside of Carclew on the outskirts of Mylor, in easy reach of creeks, beaches and Falmouth. The stables boast a wood fired hot tub, beams, wood burner, luxurious bathroom with roll top bath and rain shower and a large well equipped kitchen. There are many lovely spots to enjoy the rural idyll; meadow for sundowners, private 1 mile walk - perfect for dog owners, fenced gardens with barbecue and fire pit for stargazing.

Stylish, purpose-built cedar garden-studio in central Falmouth with kingsize, Hypnos bed and unique, scandi shower room. There is a space for making drinks to enjoy on your private decking. It is located in central Falmouth close to the town centre, beaches, rail stations and some of the university campus buildings. Last minute cancellation: 28Dec for NYE! A light, pretty, traditional cottage that has recently been refurbished to a high standard. Cosy and well located for local walks, the beaches, shops and pubs and of course, lunch at the Hidden Hut. Dogs are welcome and there is a private enclosed garden to the rear. Parking is also available for one car. This charming cottage is over 200 years old, and does have cottage stairs and low ceilings in places.
