Large garden with barbecue. 2.7 km to a quiet pebble beach. 3 km to grocery store. 14 km to golf course. 200 m to Alvaret. Bed linen and towels are included for 1 week's stay. Cleaning is not included!

Here you can enjoy the tranquility on the balcony and watch the sun set over the water, or have a morning coffee on the front patio with morning sun. Private jetty with swimming ladder. Quiet area close to nature. In the area, there is a swimming area with barbecue area, outdoor gym, playground, boule court and hiking trail. You share the garden & jetty with the host family (2 adults, 2 children). Cleaning is not included. Bed linens and towels can be rented at an additional cost.

Here is a house with a large garden and its own pool that you have access to. Enjoy a fantastic view of both the Öland alvar and the Baltic Sea. 2.5 km to the nearest restaurant and 15 km to the nearest shop, pharmacy, restaurants and café. 30 km to a larger selection with several restaurants and shops (shopping center) 2.2 km to the sea where in summer there is a campsite with a small shop, adventure golf and restaurant. Unfortunately, it is a bit variable with how the beach and water look there.

Stugan innefattar 25 kvm golv + 10kvm sovloft och har ett fullt utrustat kök samt badrum med dusch. Närhet till motionsspår och flertalet andra badplatser och bryggor. Only 15 meters from the ocean and 10 minutes from central Kalmar you find this newly built cottage. Modern amenities close to the best of nature.

The idyllic Revsudden is 10 minutes by car, Kalmar (Sweden Summer City 2015 and 2016) 15 minutes and Öland 25 minutes. Boat with electric outboard motor (0,5 HP) and oars included april-october.

There are many patios on the property and for bad weather there is also a glassed-in terrace. Take a dip at your own little beach or at one of the public swimming piers nearby. Or borrow two stand-up paddleboards and paddle around the islands. Sheets and towels are included.

This village is located along the eastern road but still secluded thanks to the garden. Proximity to the sea, Strandtorp or Bjärby-badet not more than a few kilometers away and only 15 km to the bridge and barely 30 km to Kalmar makes it suitable for many different day trips.
