Appartamento posto al primo piano di una elegante palazzina, dista 200m dal mare, in una contrada molto tranquilla. E' composto da una camera matrimoniale, una cameretta con due letti, un bagno con cabina doccia e un'ampio soggiorno con angolo cottura. Dista pochissimi km da San Salvo e Vasto rinomate spiagge bandiera blu. Sul posto c'è la possibilità di usufruire, oltre che di lidi attrezzati, anche di un'ampia e curata spiaggia libera. Bar, Market e tutte le comodità a portata adi mano.

Farmhouse with pool by the Adriatic coast

The house was finished in 2013 to top standard after a couple of years of restoring an old farmhouse. The house is situated just outside the village of Palmoli. The downstairs area is an open plan kitchen/living room with a big fireplace, sofa and extendable dining table and a bathroom. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a large bathroom. The two double bedrooms have amazing views to wake up to. Outside there is a huge patio with a view and a big pool area with sun chairs and a BBQ.
