We had the best weekend ever at this place! The pool and river were incredible and the house was very comfortable. Tessa was so flexible with us when we needed to reschedule due to wildfire smoke. We will definitely be back again 😊.

Had a wonderful stay in Redding - this is really such a hidden gem of an Airbnb. Walking and mountain biking trails are right on the property border - perfect for anyone who wants to go for a walk / hike / bike ride! Great trails and very well maintained. Very close to Redding too - 8 minute drive into downtown! Separately the accommodation itself is very spacious and well decorated with everything a small group or family could need! (Pool table, board games, 3 bathrooms, etc). Highly recommend this space!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the charming 2 Bedroom Place on Taylor Street in Weaverville, California, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. This Airbnb is truly a gem in the heart of my hometown. The location is unbeatable - right on Taylor Street, it offers easy access to hiking trails and is just a short walk from downtown. Whether you're looking to explore the great outdoors or enjoy the local shops and restaurants, this place has it all. The cozy 2-bedroom layout was perfect for my stay, and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. I had the best night's sleep in a long time, which made my visit even more enjoyable. The attention to detail in the decor and amenities truly made this place feel like a home away from home. Overall, my experience at this Airbnb exceeded all my expectations. I cannot wait to return and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway in Weaverville. Five stars all the way!

Bonanza King Cabin is such a gem for anyone who would like to spent precious time with love ones. Janelle and her husband is very accommodating. Super clean, well organize and complete amenities. I would like to come again and bring the rest of my family here. The creek is super close few steps only and super special place to be where you can experience nature calmness and peace. There are lots of chairs , swing close to the creek plus their basketball court too. We didn’t have to drive around the area because we enjoyed just staying inside the cabin or within the resort. Our drive is well worth it. Thank you for Janelle family for making this a great place to be.

GREAT house - very retro and unique. Location is incredible; we had so much fun spending time at the river. Pool is awesome. Kitchen has everything. I think we will come back!

WE NEVER WANT TO LEAVE! We can not begin to express how happy and at home were at sandy bar. Cabins are perfectly equipped and incredibly CLEAN! They have everything you need! If you should happen need anything they have tons of extra supplies to utilize. Everyone we came in contact with on the farm was so genuine and kind, we felt incredibly welcome and at home. We had a family conversation last night that we have never experienced this feeling of not wanting to leave at the end of a vacation, We will be back!!!! Thank you to all! Blythe and Mark, Maize, Clint, Silas Johnathan, Chris, Kai, and all the critters for sharing this lovely ranch💗

Katie is an absolute super host! From before we showed up to even after we left, Katie has been super helpful! The place was great very spacious. We would absolutely be back.
