Good communication with the reception, we were provided with extra utensils quickly whenever we need them. The venue is well spacious, ideal for large families, including children, who can enjoy the shared pool or small pools in some rooms. They could improve hot water service in some of the rooms, place a greater number of utensils in the shared spaces, and fix the umbrellas on the part that covers the grills.

Super recommended! An excellent host, always attentive to any questions we had and above all always willing to help. Excellent service, we would certainly come back.

A nice country place to disconnect from the city

We loved it! It was for us the perfect place surrounded by nature to recharge and then return to the routine. I didn't know Conache Lagoon had grown so much, now they offer activities to enjoy as a family. We really enjoyed being able to take our little dog. Ivonne is very kind, she offered us help from sending us a video of how to get there. I bought us things we needed. Really recommended, we will be back.

Wonderful house with everything you might need — clean, comfortable, and in excellent condition. But what truly makes this place special is the surrounding property! The garden is absolutely stunning, full of beautiful fruit trees and peaceful spots to relax. It feels like a little paradise. And above all, the communication with Maria was exceptional — she was kind, helpful, and incredibly welcoming. Highly recommended!
