Two private patio areas, rear patio giving direct access to a large garden for you to explore, relax and enjoy.

Goldcrest Lodge is a peaceful hideaway within secluded woods on the 140 acre historic estate of Wadhurst Castle. It has a double bedroom (5' bed) with huge picture window, a central main room with sofa bed leading to a kitchen area and separate shower room beyond. Decking and private screened bath. Relax at this peaceful cottage, within the grounds of Hodges Oast - a traditional old Kentish oast house. The property is modern yet has traditional features from when it was a stable. The one bedroom property has a sofa bed in the lounge, suitable for children or one adult. Not suitable for 4 adults. Ideally located for many attractions including Tunbridge Wells, Bewl Water, Bedgebury and Scotney castle. Car is essential. One well behaved dog at a charge of £20.00. Free parking on driveway

Enjoy the private roof terrace on a summer’s evening with beers and wines on tap 30 seconds away. The flat has its own spiral staircase leading up to a private roof garden & flat entrance. Parking for 1 car only. However, this is down a long drive with no turning space so reversing skills required.

Huge loft style Kentish roundel conversion. Situated on a farm set back from the road it is beautifully peaceful, with circular jacuzzi bath, projector, screen, all mod cons. Amazing walks & pubs from the doorstep, perfect for a country retreat, yet only 30 miles from London. Huge King size circular bed. Reynolds spa is 15 mins away. The house recently featured in Mr Bates v The Post Office, & the roundel was the actors green room.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
