My family and I had such a lovely stay here. Being surrounded in nature it self was incredible.

This place is absolutely amazing. The pictures honestly don’t do it justice. The creek was like a painting, and it was amazing to be able to walk down and drink coffee over looking it, or walk all the way down for a swim. There’s also a hot spring outlet just up the creek. The cabin was cozy for all nine guests. Check in was easy, Peter answered all questions and gave great directions. I want to come back. Thank you, Peter!

We had an amazing stay here! The cabin is nestled high up in the woods, very quiet and peaceful. The hot tub and back deck are great, and the inside is comfy & cozy with wood pellet stove, a well stocked kitchen, nice L shaped couch and tv, and lots of little amenities that make it stand out. Note that this property is located in Pierpoint, CA. If you like hiking or walks in nature, this cabin is only 30 minutes drive to the great views at Dome Rock and 45 minutes drive to Trail of 100 Giants. If you want to drive further south than that into Sequoia National Forest, I'd recommend an AWD/4WD vehicle for the windy pot hole roads, or stay closer to Kernville/Wofford/Lake Isabella. We enjoyed seeing the deer almost everyday at this cabin. Alex and Jake were responsive and fantastic hosts! Highly recommend.

Perfect Girls’ Weekend Getaway! We had the best time at this Airbnb in Sequoia National Park! The house was immaculately clean, cozy, and had the most stunning views—perfect for morning coffee or stargazing at night from the hot tub. The location couldn’t be better—super close to tons of amazing hiking trails, so we packed our days with adventure and came home to total peace and quiet. Big shoutout to the host, who was incredibly responsive and thoughtful throughout our stay. It really felt like a home away from home. If you’re planning a girls’ weekend (or any kind of getaway), this place is a total win. We’ll definitely be back!

Highly recommend this lovely and cozy cabin. Excellent location near both the National Park and the local restaurants and markets. Host made check-in a breeze and quickly responded to any questions we had. And, it's one of the best-stocked Airbnb's I've ever seen! So glad we made the choice to stay here while visiting Sequoia National Park.

We had a wonderful time at this house! The surrounding mountains created a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We especially loved the jacuzzi — such a treat after a day of exploring. The only small suggestion would be to provide disposable slippers, as it’s a bit uncomfortable to walk barefoot after using the jacuzzi. Everything else was perfect — we’d be happy to come back again!

The cabin is absolutely charming and exceptionally well-equipped. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need, and there’s a fantastic grill and a relaxing jacuzzi. Everything is beautifully maintained and presented to a very high standard. The cabin also offers outstanding privacy, allowing for a truly peaceful stay. Fred was incredibly welcoming — he gave us a personal tour of the cabin and provided valuable recommendations for places to visit in town. Nearby, you’ll find hidden waterfalls perfect for hiking adventures. The river is just a short 3-minute walk away, offering a perfect spot to sit back, unwind, and take in the stunning views.

This cabin has already become our favourite place to stay in the beautiful Sequoia Forest. As always, a trip to this magical place is an incredible and unforgettable experience, a place where you want to come again and again! We had a nice 2-night stay. Beds were comfortable. Showers worked well. Kitchen well stocked. We bought all groceries we would need in Bakersfield. There is a small grocery/restaurant very close, but we didn't go in. It's a nice 45 minute drive to the closest site in Sequoia: Trail of 100 Giants. The only issue (and it is general to the area and not specific to this cabin) is that there is no cell service in the area. Coming from the west, we lost it about Ducor, and didn't regain it until we returned to that point. Just be aware in case you need to communicate with anyone by means other than through WiFi at the cabin (which worked fine). The specific issue I had was that text-based or cell-call two-factor authentication is not possible.

Great peaceful stay close to Sequoia national Park and the river! Extremely comfortable bed, nice kitchen, comfortable couch, great shower. Also had a water filter! Really enjoyed our stay :)

There are only 3 homes that I would stay at in Kern depending on the size of our group and Emma’s home is one of them. We were two couples and the home was perfect for us. The backyard was so relaxing to enjoy at evening time. We had bbq, wine, music, and watched the deers just go by. We were also walking distance to Kern where we had a nice picnic and enjoyed our day. The home was clean and in the perfect location for any kern river activity anyone wants to do. We will definitely be coming back to Emma’s home.

Fantastic stay. What a beautiful location and enjoyable experience. Cleanly, helpful instructions on winter set-up, all amenities, and even better location surrounded by trees. Great place to sit on the balcony and enjoy the sun and trees and head back out at night to star-gaze. Would love to come back and visit some of the nearby trails during spring/summer.

Couldn't be happier with our stay at the Cabin. It was super cozy and felt right at home from first step in the door. The location was scenic and private, exactly what we were looking for. Jim was very accommodating and helpful in getting the place setup for us. We went in early Feb., less snow than they usually see but the final ascent into the cabin (last .2 miles or so) were very snowy and slushy. They gave us a ride up to our cabin which was super highly appreciated as my car would not have made it.

The house was clean and very comfortable! It felt like a treehouse. We will definitely be back!

Loved our stay at Greg’s place! Had all we needed for a family of four, areas of the home are well thought out! Just enough snow near the home for the kiddos to stay busy for hours, plus a porch area and grill! Perfection!

A wonderful Airbnb cabin experience! The location was easy to find and very close to Sequoia National Park. The cabin was well-equipped, with hot water and strong water pressure — perfect for a relaxing shower after a day of hiking. Anthony was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions. I highly recommend this Airbnb!

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy retreat! The scenic drive leading up to the property was breathtaking, and it’s just a short walk to a peaceful creek. We enjoyed spotting deer, hearing birds chirp, and watching squirrels in the area – such a nice touch of nature. The place was exactly as described – warm, comfortable, and equipped with all the amenities we needed. The patio and deck provided the perfect spot to relax outdoors. It was incredibly tranquil and peaceful, ideal for a getaway. Just a heads-up: you'll need to take your trash with you, as there's no onsite disposal. Highly recommend for a restful escape!

The picture drew us right into this place. Cabin in the mountains, stunning view from the terrace, and the stove inside is important when you travel with a woman. It was so warm and cosy. Doesn’t get any better.

This very well-built and clean cabin for two is a unique treasure. From its porch a vista of nature’s best scenery with grass meadows, a variety of trees, towering mountains, and river valley is your private place. It is only shared with the deer, turkey, chipmunks, birds, and lizards which do not seem to mind your presents. As caretakers of the land the hosts are both pleasant and helpful, and share this unique property with you. Giving this place five stars is very easy for me. Its uniqueness and beauty are captivating.
