Very good accommodation, clean, meets our expectations. Communication with the host was perfect, he made himself very available and kind!

The accommodation is very nice and comfortable, the layout for the space is ideal and everything works perfection, the recommendations from the hosts were helpful and accessing the place was very easy and comfortable. The bed is spectacular!!!

Firstly, the space was more beautiful and bigger than it appears in photos. Very aesthetic and modern. Great price and great stay. A couple things: The neighborhood is developing so the roads are not great but it didn’t make a difference in my stay There were ants travelling in the bathroom and I’m sure I could’ve asked for ant traps, but I left the lights on and I felt like that helped keep them away. The most important thing to note is the address. The address provided to me was not accurate, so it made it difficult for taxis. Additionally, the taxi service provided from this Airbnb host from airport to the home was not a good experience and I did not use that taxi service again during my stay. Otherwise, the place is absolutely amazing and I would stay there again for sure. Thanks to the amazing hosts!

This place is fabulous - the walkability of it and closeness to amazing restaurants and being in a local neighbourhood were really the standout parts of our stay. Not to mention the POOL! The home had everything we needed to make our own meals and the communication from the hosts was some of the best I’ve ever had.

Veronica went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and made us feel truly welcome. Communication was smooth and prompt, which made the entire experience stress-free. WOW! What an incredible experience. Denisee was honestly the best bnb host I have ever had. Not only did she help me set up all my reservations (including dinners, boats, and private drivers) but she also quickly responded to any and every one of my questions both leading up to our stay and during. This trip for my birthday would not have been possible without her kind assistance. She is an amazing host. Now to the house: EVEN MORE WOW! What a beautiful space. The outdoor pool area was heated and perfect for hanging out and taking pictures. We felt very at home with cold air, great bathroom mirrors for getting ready and comfortable beds. All of my group slept like a rock. This house is so perfect for a group of 5-10 people! I went for my birthday and would love to stay again for a future trip. Thank you so much for making my 30th birthday so amazing!

Jessica and Sebastian were fantastic hosts! I rented the entire property for my daughter’s first birthday and I couldn’t be more happy with my decision. The property was accurately described in the listing and the environment was absolutely beautiful. Communication was top tier (5 minutes or less to respond) and they went above and beyond to accommodate our groups needs. Would highly recommend Arkah for your next stay!

Great option for a good price. On the first day we requested the chef service for dinner and everything was spectacular. Likewise, we request daily private transport and Hector's service was 10. Su van has it conditioned like an antro and that makes the trip more enjoyable. It has 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The only bad thing is that to get to the house the street is full of bumps. Not the owner's issue, but that's good to consider. Also thanking the host for their understanding as the transport that we hired to go to the airport took a bit and they let us be at the house as it arrived (it was raining outside).

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Villa Raiss! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the host truly cares about their guests experience. The place was spotless, walkable to so many restaurants and had everything we needed- including our groceries! Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, making it perfect for my bachelorette party of 10! We’ve already recommended Villa Raiss to friends going to Tulum!

This little oasis was a perfect little hideaway for me for a couple of days before my training started. The kitchen is perfectly equipped and I loved loved loved loved (!!!) that she left me some things to have for breakfast and snack. This place is so magical! The landscaping on this little plot of land makes it feel like secret hideaway. I was very happy hanging out there and preparing for my training. The plunge pool is a nice treat after a steamy day out and about. Tanya is one of the all time best hosts!

Our family of 6 had a wonderful stay at the casa! Brigitte, our host met us at the house and showed us everything. We arrived on Christmas Day and she picked up some grocery essentials as we were not sure if stores would be open. She was friendly, helpful, and quick to respond and resolve any minor issues that came up and provided lots of help and local knowledge. The house was immaculate and walkable to coffee shops and cafes and a small market. We had a wonderful meal at The Orchid House, a hotel and restaurant right next door. The stay included a mid-week cleaning. We took advantage of the chef service twice. Chef Jesus and his assistant came to the villa and made a wonderul surf and turf Christmas dinner for us, complete with amazing cocktails. They also did a taco night for us at the house. Parking was easy. This was by far the best service we have had at a rental. and we have stayed at numerous AirBnBs throughout the US and Europe. Highly recommended! Many thanks!

This Airbnb was the best one I have stayed at. As a prior Airbnb owner myself, this one was top notch! It was clean, modern yet warm! The decor was amazing. They picked up our favorite snacks and drinks prior to our arrival. They helped us coordinate rides and concierge. There were 6 of us that stayed and there was more than enough space for us to feel like we had our own individual space. All The furniture including the beds were really comfy. Each room had its own individual ac unit. We all slept soundly at night and loved waking up to the sounds of the birds in the morning. We really enjoyed having breakfast and dinner together at the large dining room table and loved playing card games there in the evenings. The pool area was my favorite. I enjoyed taking a morning dip. The hosts were so responsive throughout our stay. We had NO issues. Can’t wait to come back and stay here again.

The house was very clean and as described in the pictures. Daniel was always on top of what we need and did a great job. The only observation is that if there are children, the stairs are dangerous because they do not have rail. I recommend this house for a vacation!

We stayed in the Pijiji villa for 4 nights. Our stay was spectacular! Pijiji is set back from the beach, which we knew from the listing's description. But don't let that deter you, it's ~30sec from the villa to the beach. And you have dedicated loungers on the beach, so you never have to worry about getting a spot. The privacy of Pijiji was what set it apart from the other villas on the property. It's nestled on the property surrounded by trees and other lush plants. The front faces toward the beach and enjoys cool breezes and the shade of the surrounding canopy. While the front balcony doesn't have direct views of the ocean (not a problem for us), you can sit and enjoy the warm weather and fresh air while listening to the sounds of the beach. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony after a day down on the beach. Having a private outdoor spot protected from the elements was a welcome plus to our trip. Hui & Stefan are amazing hosts. Their staff is unobtrusive & helpful. — We'll be back!

Three girlfriends and I stayed here to celebrate our friend’s upcoming wedding. The place was perfect, the setting was paradise, and the private beach was beautiful. We loved having access to the cenote across the road as well. It was a perfect vacation!

The place if beautiful with great lighting. Communication was quick we had a link with the restroom and it was addressed promptly. Would book again.

The place was exactly as pictured. Clean and spacious. The included daily cleaning service made the stay even better.

This house was just want I wanted! Great for groups of people who want to commune but still have their privacy. We were able to fit 16 people comfortably. It’s a beautiful house with a great pool. The pool was used often. One thing to note is that the street the house is on is unpaved so driving on the street can be bumpy. 10/10 would still recommend for a group

Great place to stay in Tulum! Three large rooms with ensuite bathrooms. Close to main restaurants of Tulum centro. Felt safe. I would recommend!

Reed's place is a beautiful, peaceful spot in La Veleta not far from several lovely restaurants with outdoor dining. His home is spacious, with a private pool, pond with waterfall, and separate areas for the living area and bedrooms. There is a small convenience store across the street, but we would still recommend renting a car, ATV, or scooter to get around for more shopping options, go to the beach, or explore the nearby ruins. Overall, we would recommend Reed's place for those seeking a more secluded hideaway in which to relax and recharge. Thanks, Reed!
