Waterfront holiday rentals in Tumaraa

I can only recommend Amina's place! Everything was very clean and corresponded to the description. Especially the pool, right on the water and the access to the sea, is great! We were also able to store our luggage and the flexible check-in was great! Furthermore, the apartment is easy to find and easily accessible on foot from the harbor in Vaitape! Amina is super nice, proactive and was very accessible. Thank you again for everything :)

We stayed only for 2 nights, wish we could stay longer. Only 8 min walk from ferry. Louise's apartment was great, clean, has everything you need. Highly recommended.

Very well located studio in Vaitape, close to the dock. The main room is spacious. The bed is extremely comfortable. There are all the necessary utensils in the kitchen, even a few spices (salt, pepper, herbs, oil...). The air conditioning and washing machine are very convenient. I enjoyed my stay in the studio.

Clean and spacious place, easy to find in a secure spot. Can get a bit noisy outside on weekends but would definitely come back for more sunset drinks on the pontoon !

An unforgettable stay in Bora Bora! We had an exceptional stay at this Airbnb residence. The place is incredibly well secured, which has allowed us to enjoy our vacation with peace of mind. The residence is ideally located on the edge of the lagoon, with a magnificent view and direct access to the turquoise water perfect for snorkling. The pool is splendid, always clean and very pleasant at all hours of the day. The place, meanwhile, was spotless: very clean, well maintained and perfectly equipped. The host was responsive and thoughtful. A real little slice of heaven — we will come back without hesitation!

We stayed with Stéphanie for the full time in Raiatea, it was such a beautiful place, interior (nicely decorated) as well as exterior. She cares for her garden (More beautiful than the public botanical garden if you ask me) the steep decent to the house gives you an amazing view of the bay, and you have comfortable furniture on her private small beach to take the view in closely. We went for one of the best kayak trips we had in French Polynesia! Although English isn't her strongest side Stéphanie was informative, helpful and very friendly. We strongly recommend this place - it's a perfect fit to an enjoyable holiday! Be mindful that it gets rather hot in European comparison (the sea brease doesn't pass the apartment and the ceiling fans aren't quite as effective as AC. However, windows and the sliding doors are well-equipped with Mosquito net so you can have it all open 24/7 (Fantastic)

We had a great time with the family (consisting of 6 adults). The rental of the apartment was perfect for us and enjoyed the large rooms separated from each other. Small downside with cutlery and kitchenware which are quite limited but for the 2 nights we stayed, it definitely did! Thank you for your hospitality!:)

Very nice all furnished small apartment close to the downtown. Perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. The apartment itself does’nt have the view on the water or the pool. But you have very easy access to it. Loved the pool and the view. Thank you !

We had an amazing 3-night stay with Nicolas & Honey. The house is beautifully decorated and cozy, with plenty of relaxing spots like hammocks and beach chairs. The private beach is just steps away, and the view of the water from the kitchen and back porch was incredible. The property felt very secluded and peaceful, with friendly dogs and well-kept grounds. A huge plus was the A/C — not common everywhere and made for super comfortable nights. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook, which made things easy since there aren’t many dining options on the island. Laundry was also convenient. Nicolas was an awesome host — he offered to take us snorkeling on his boat and gave us a tour of his nearby vanilla farm. Both he and Honey were welcoming, kind, and respectful of our space. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back if we get the chance!

Samuel was very welcoming and took care in showing us the place and any questions we had. Samuel is super friendly and kind, we felt very well looked after and his local recommendations were very helpful. Samuel was also very generous to us and without a doubt the best Host we’ve ever had! We loved staying here and found location was great to either go to Matira or town Mauruuru Roa

We loved our stay with Cathy. The house is very nice. The weather was not in the game so we couldn't kayak to the motu offered by our host. The bedding was very comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped. The garden, terrace and dock are very well appointed. The house is well secured. The many caravans as well as shops are close by. In the evening, rays and black spot sharks (harmless) pass in front of the bungalow. A real show!!! In short! Only compliments on this place and this hostess.

Great stay, beautiful location very nice perfectly equipped fare, the owners who live next door are adorable. A stone's throw from Fish and Blue restaurant, amazing spot for sunsets:) Vehicle rental with impeccable Up & Go, awesome Taha'a tour with Flo and Teva, fishing trip with Kenzo de Catch and Cook, everything contributed to a dream stay.

You will love this location. There is a coral reef right off the dock where you can snorkle and see all the colorful fish. We were able to have the tour companies pick us up for our excursions. We highly reccomend Noè Plantier for 4x4 island tour. Noè grew up on the island and we had an amazing day. Noè can be reached on face book vanilla 4x4 botanical excursions. We also highly recomend Nui with Watercolor fishing. Nui offers fishing excursions as well as water tours around the island.You can find him on face book watercolor sailing. I cant post contact details here but I will on other travel sites. Please note that you will need the host to arrage a taxi from the airport to the grocery store, and then arrange a water taxi to take you to the location. This will cost approx 23,000 xpf each way. Ensure to inquire about what essentials will be required for your stay including toilet paper and soap. The only transport is kyack or bikes if available to access the store.

Great access to the only public beach on island. Right next to plenty of restaurants and you can use bikes to get around. So clean and everything you need!!
