This is a beautiful studio on the garden level, combining charm and modernity. Its access is independent and is through the garden: a haven of calm and greenery ... just a few meters from shops and restaurants, in the residential area of El Menzah. All kinds of amenities in the immediate surroundings: dry cleaning, cafes, restaurants, the very good Gourmandise and Gourmet pastries are a 2-minute walk etc...
