Holiday rentals with a sauna in Tunisia

I was impressed by the safety of the property as I had broken the glass in my car at last night. Here there is an underground parking lot controlled by guards 24h//24h, a quiet and convenient place. Nice to have a good time on a family vacation

My stay at Alison and Adam's home was exceptional. They are amazing hosts. Warm, welcoming, and always responsive. Their attention to detail in the stylish and spotless home made my visit truly special. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. I had the most incredible stay at this villa! From the moment I’ve arrived, I fell in love with stunning interior. Still, the highlights were definitely the breathtaking sea view and the infinity pool. Everything was immaculate, with a level of cleanliness (especially kitchen) and attention to detail that exceeded my expectations. It’s clear that everything in the villa is brand new and thoughtfully designed, offering both luxury and comfort. Whether you’re relaxing inside or enjoying the small garden outdoors, this villa truly offers the perfect balance of style and serenity. I would love to return! Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a beautiful and tranquil getaway.

The place is in a great location if you’re looking to stay in Sidi Bou Said. I stayed in the apartment on the third floor, which might be a bit challenging for elderly guests due to the stairs, but it's a great option for travelers on a budget or young couples. The price is reasonable, and the apartment is well-equipped with everything you might need, including an iron, cookware, microwave, and more. I didn’t use the oven during my 4-day stay, but everything else met my needs. Overall, I was happy with my experience and would recommend it.

It is always comfortable to stay with you, a clean, safe and tidy apartment, for me now a second home. Surrounding area with local restaurants and shops. Ahmed is always present and caring, available for any advice or needs. Highly recommended, I'll be back soon.

Houcem was a great host and very responsive.. he have the cleaner to clean the pool for every two days.. the place is beautiful and clean and fun to stay in with the pool to enjoy and bbq place and have ping pong table too! will definitely come back whenever i visit Sousse!

5 stars. Very unique stay in a historic building. Our family of 5 stayed a week at Khalil's home and was very comfortable. Spacious rooms, large kitchen, interesting building, thoughtful decor, reliable WiFi (on the slow side but comparable to internet speeds we've had in Tunisia). We had plenty of space and felt at home. There is street noise which isn't a surprise because the apartment is centrally located, however I do recommend ear plugs for sleeping. Khalil is a very responsive and thoughtful host. He was super helpful and responded quickly to our questions. Thanks for a great stay, we absolutely would book again if we return to Tunis!
