På gångavstånd kan man hyra kajaker, padelbanor och ett spa. Stugan har ett öppet vardagsrum och kök med fantastisk utsikt ut mot havet. Toalett med dusch och tvättmaskin. På övervåningen finns 3 sovrum. Ett med dubbelsäng och egen balkong, ett med 2 enkelsängar som går att ställa ihop och ett med en 120 säng.

Grill finns att låna och det är kvällssol på husets framsida. Endast 2 km till Kungshamn och 4 km till Smögen. Till busshållplatsen är det 200 m och det är gång- och cykelavstånd till badplatser. The house lies between pink granite rocks with beautiful views over the surrounding nature. 25 min by car to Lysekil and 5 min to the closest grocery store. Brodalen is the Mekka of Swedish rockclimbing with several wellknown routes. The location also offers vicinity to hiking paths in the forests with walking distance to Röe Gård. Please note that you need to bring your own bed linen as well as clean the house at the end of your visit.
