The property is new, a 2024 newcomer. The location of the plot is 20-30 km from the village centers on the shore of Lake Äkäsjärvi in the middle of the Ylläs, Pallas, Olos and Levi fells. This unique place has a modern style all its own. The color scheme is calm, the textiles are made of natural materials and all the items are new. Despite its small size, the 30m2 cottage has everything you need: Wi-Fi, fireplace, electric sauna, washing machine and dishwasher, oven, microwave, raclette; hair dryer, ironing equipment; hiking boots and snowshoes for two.

New studio for 2 people. Quiet location, surrounded by nature, close to hiking trails. To the store about 700 m. 1 room with a kitchen, dining area and double bed. The kitchen has an induction stove, refrigerator, kettle and coffee maker, microwave and dishwasher. Tableware and cutlery. Bathroom with shower, washing machine. Drying cabinet in the hallway. Furniture on the terrace. The price includes linens. For an additional fee, you can rent a wood sauna and a hot tub. There is an additional fee for final cleaning.

Relax with the whole family or friends in this peaceful, cozy log cabin. You can enjoy the silence and the nature of Lapland by the fireplace, in the sauna or outdoors. When you are outdoors in the yard of the cottage or on a quiet village road, you can see the starry sky and northern lights, weather permitting. From the cottage yard, you can go directly into the forest in winter with snowshoes, walking on the forest path or with a kick sled. The name of the cottage is "Palokero". It is named after the nearby fell.

Joikun Lumo by Hi Ylläs

This luxury villa which has been completed in the fall of 2024, offers a modern open kitchen and spacious living areas where the amazing room height and large windows bring you close to nature. Downstairs there are also bath and sauna facilities. Upstairs are the villa's 3 bedrooms and one bathroom with a toilet. The master bedroom on the ground floor offers its own peace, and a direct connection to the bathroom through the utility room. In total, the villa comfortably accommodates eight people.

Äijän mökki

The super popular Äijä-dog's unique ski cabin in Kilpisjärvi! Ideal for couples, the cottage has views of Kilpisjärvi. The store and restaurant are 1.5 km away. The cottage has underfloor heating. The kitchen has a coffee maker, kettle, oven/stove, range hood and refrigerator. Pre-made beds, towels and final cleaning included. Please note! The upstairs sleeping area is less than 120 cm high, so the property is NOT suitable for people with reduced mobility! Also, the stairs are not childproof.

Cozy Lapland Cabin Sauna & Aurora Views near Levi

Real Finnish log cabin far away from tourist masses and light pollution with a view to Pallas fells. The cabin is heated with electricity but there is also a fireplace that gives heat and creates a nice and cozy atmosphere. Firewood is included in the price. The nature starts right when you step outside. There is no light pollution so the sky is very clear. If the northern lights are in the sky you can see them from your doorstep. Lake Jeris is about 1km away. There is a wifi in the cabin.

This unique and peaceful retreat makes it easy to relax in the midst of pure nature. The cottage is located in a small village in the middle of the Lapland wilderness. Here you can do skiing, snowshoeing, and fishing. In addition, we organize snowmobile tours as desired. The cottage is about 75km to the city of Rovaniemi. Ice fishing tour 40€ person, 1-2h. Welcome to stay in Muonio! A peaceful small village of around 1100 inhabitants, located on the bank of the river Muoniojoki. Just a few hundreds metre of the front channel of the river you find our peaceful, cosy house. You will be able to use one half of the house. The house has two flats which are not connected. Privacy and peace for our guests! To the centre of Muonio, where you can find a very good selected K-market shop and also a S-market it is just about 2,2 km.
