Our one bedroom cottage is located in the beautiful Hampshire countryside. It has a very spacious open plan living area with a new kitchen and separate double bedroom with a new modern ensuite shower-room. There are 2 large sofas a large tv comfortable bed and fluffy towels. There is so much to do in the local area, I can go through it all with you . A perfect place to relax and unwind. Just on the outskirts of the beautiful village of Hartley Wintney & a 10 minute walk to the centre, there is a Tesco Express, restaurants, takeaways, cafes and 2 local pubs, one situated on the edge of the Cricket Green. Easy access to the M3 & M4 motorway and close to Fleet, Farnborough and Hook. With the village and local walks on your doorstep this is the perfect getaway!

Cliddesden is a village on the edge of the North Hampshire Downs yet close to the town of Basingstoke. Guests staying here can enjoy lovely country walks whilst still very close to the amenities of Basingstoke. Our studio is very spacious with it`s own patio and garden furniture, weather permitting. Kitchenette has limited facilities but a popular country pub is within a 5 minute walk and offers great Thai and English food. Smart TV, Ethernet and WiFi available.

The Stables at Warren Farm. Rustic charm

Warren Farm is 2 miles from Alton, which is famous for the Watercress Line steam railway and the home of Jane Austen. We are also on the edge of the South Downs National Park and within easy reach of Winchester and the Historic Dockyards and ferry terminals in Portsmouth. The Stables has it's own entrance from the beautiful garden room which adjoins our barn. There are country views and footpaths if you are feeling energetic! We look forward to welcoming you.

Lovely one bed flat with free parking on premises

A small but perfectly formed one bedroom flat in a rural location. The Annex has a small kitchen with hob, cooker and microwave. There is a table for eating. One double bed and a shower room. We have good broadband and there is parking on the property. The village has a great pub within walking distance and plenty of lovely walks. We are about 11 miles from Winchester and 3 miles from Jane Austen's Chawton. Our stairs into the flat are steep and narrow.
