The studio was just the right size for me and my wife. The path to the beach is close to the front entrance. If you are looking for a quiet spot on the beach to sit back and relax, this is the place. We had a good choice of beach chairs and an umbrella. Long Beach was wonderful and would definitely come back again.

Great place, great location, great value. We traveled with our kids 15, 13 and 9 and Mother in law. We all fit. 2 kids slept on cots. Was a bit tight but before I finalized the stay we were alerted it would be with that many people. I still chose to reserve this place and it was really nice and cost effective. Tips: Rent a car is a must, pick it up at the airport. Purchase or bring snorkeling gear. You will use it almost every day and its $20 bucks per day. In the store it is about $80 for a nice set. Somewhere Cafe has amazing snorkeling. Rent a chair and umbrella for $40 bucks or bring your own. Have fun!

What an incredible place to stay! Long Bay beach was the most beautiful beach on the island and with such a short walk (literally across the road) to get there, it couldn’t have been more perfect! We did have a car during our stay and I would say that is a must.

My friends and I stayed here for our spring break and it was amazing! Tamika was very responsive and answered all of our questions about grace bay. We also chose not to rent a car and walked over to grace bay everyday. It is a good 30-40 minute walk but was definitely doable and a pretty walk. Place was clean and also easy to get in/out of. Thanks Tamika for a great stay!

Most of the time with AirBnBs you have to "make do" - That wasn't the case with Majid's place. Everything we possibly needed was there or accessible for us. It really made a daunting first trip with our kid so much smoother. Location is perfect, the amenities are top tier, we felt very safe and the property is absolutely gorgeous and secluded. We will absolutely stay here again when we inevitably return to the island.

Place was exactly as advertised. Super quiet and peaceful. Good linens. Perhaps fix the lights in the fridge. And a larger coffee pot would be nice. Would definitely stay again. Thanks.

Great stay and very responsive

Had a great stay here! Got there on a Thursday which is when the weekly Fish Fry is next door, with prime seats! You can walk right over or enjoy the show right from the balcony or rooftop. Also close to many other restaurants and beaches. We did have a rental car and there was private parking which was nice. Everything within a 5-10minute drive. Beautiful studio apartment. Would definitely stay here again!

First of all Joseph the caretaker was absolutely amazing! He felt like family! When we asked for a bigger frying pan got immediately. Gas grill was so nice to have, short walk to Long Bay beach literally a block at most. Beautiful landscaping, beautiful pool, free laundry. upper deck is amazing. Bed so comfortable. Beach equipment that was included was amazing. Kayaks paddleboards, chairs, life jackets, cooler, snorkeling equipment and bicycles. We would absolutely stay here. Felt safe the whole time!!!

The Suites at Mr. Groupers looked exactly as pictured. It was actually more spacious than I thought it would be. This is my second time in Turks and I was satisfied with my accommodations here. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. Having a small kitchenette was nice in the case we wanted to cook our own food or even reheat leftovers. Housekeeping only comes every 3 days and that’s how many days we were there for so they didn’t come during our visit. However, we did have the option to request housekeeping if we needed it but we didn’t. I think the Suites at Mr. Groupers are located in a decent area. The Fish Fry is literally behind it and the beach is within walking distance. I requested a late check out at the last minute and they were able to grant it to me. I would definitely book here again in the future.

Our family of three really enjoyed staying at Ann’s place. We were in town to kite board and the location was perfect, an easy walk to a prime kiteboarding location. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and having access to the kayaks and paddle boards. We would definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect place for us to stay in Provo! Unlike our last trip to TCI where we stayed at an all-inclusive resort, our objective for this visit was to explore the island and its many beaches and great restaurants. The location was great for accessing Long Bay Beach (quick, easy walk), Leeward Highway and everything in the Grace Bay area. The property had all the accommodations we needed. We picked up groceries on the way from the airport and made use of the grill for a couple of dinners by the pool (note: the ignition switch didn't work, but there is a lighter in the kitchen drawer). We made use of beach chairs and an umbrella for our beach excursions. It was nice to have outdoor showers to limit the sand in our unit. The only change we would suggest is maybe having a little more comfortable mattress - but it's fine if you like them firm. We loved our stay there and would definitely recommend it to others. Hopefully we can bring our entire family back there someday!

SunSeaSand was everything and more! Sun was always shining, Sea was always smiling and Sand was always plentiful. This quaint resort was very peaceful while enjoying the warm breezes on our private patio. Enjoyed many sunsets on the top patio and later gazed upon the Long Bay evening lights. Did not miss being right on the beach since it was a quick walk to the ocean. Loved the bikes, stocked beach chairs & umbrellas. Our one bedroom place was very clean with a super comfy king bed. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed many evenings just staying in & grilling on our private deck. After spending our days at the beach and showering off the sand, we enjoyed refreshing swims in the pool just steps from our room. The property assistant Joseph was always helpful, kind and super friendly without being intrusive. We are counting down the days until we return!

Very memorable stay, Including drinking coconut juice with our two kind hosts. But the most memorable thing is the beach nearby, one of the most gorgeous, clean and peaceful beaches I have seen in my many travels.
