Welcome to our Scandinavian timber-cladded cabin situated in a quiet rural setting only 6km from Athenry town with its medieval castle, cosy pubs, good restaurants, and shops. Athenry has rail/bus connections with Dublin, Limerick and Galway City. An ideal spot from which to plan your excursions: head west to Galway City (23km); or southwest via Kinvara (24km) to the Burren (43km); and then to the Cliffs of Moher (70km). Or, go east to Loughrea (19km) where there's safe summer lake swimming.

Highgrange Farmhouse; tranquil place for families

The farmhouse is a very peaceful and relaxing environment surrounded by beautiful walks with lots of farm animals. It is extremely private with access down a lane way making it safe for children. It has a front garden and a big area out the back, with lots of green area to play football and other games.
