Holiday rentals with a patio in Tuzla

The accomodations were as described/pictured. A large living area complete with cable TV and stocked kitchen. The main bedroom was large with a lot of storage space for clothes and stuff. Most important to us was the cleanliness of the accomodations! We spent a lot of time just sitting on the rear balcony overlooking the garden. We even sat in the garden one afternoon while having lunch. The hosts were extremely clear on all instructions, from directing us to and accessing the place. The hosts also responded to any/all requests in a very timely fashion. Accomodations were located on a very private street yet only <5 minute walk to the center of town. We were able to enjoy the hussle and bussle of the island and just as easily retreat to the quiet confines of our place. We highly recommend this accomodation when visiting Büyükada.

Loved the apartment and hospitality of the team!

The place looks like the pictures. Do note that the place is on level 0 so in my opinion it’s colder :) regardless, we’re satisfied the heater & hot water works just fine. The place is clean & they pretty much have all the utensils for cooking. We like it! The environment is the best, it’s in a quiet neighborhood, close to bus and metro as well as mini market (price is reasonable) to supply us. Ferhat is responsive, his team is friendly & helpful! My family love his place as our first stay together in istanbul :)

It was a really nice stay. We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days and it was very attractive to us that it was close to the pier. Especially the garden right behind it was perfect. There was nothing missing in the house. Every thing was all arranged as in the photo. We would prefer to visit and stay again 💖

you can book Mr. Can without hesitation as someone who has stayed in all his apartments. With its usual interest, the quality of the apartments, our first choice is the apartments in the Ataşehir region.

Great location. Great view. Peaceful place, all yours, you can sit comfortably on the terrace. Definitely come stay, the host is a very sweet woman. Quick to respond to everything. We were very happy, thank you

Great area, beautiful house with amazing terrace views. We were running extremely late into the evening due to the ferry departures but our host kept in contact without throughout the entire time until we arrived and had checked in. Thank you again for a wonderful accommodation!
