IMPORTANT: Please note this is not a party house respect the 10pm noise curfew. Please contact me if you need to discuss this. You'll have the entire upstairs of this classic Queenslander. It is on the top of the hill and always gets the breeze but there's ducted air con if you need it. The house is light and airy with antique furniture. There are views from most windows. Four bedrooms, two toilets and two showers. The large deck is great for evening drinks and BBQs.

There are great walking and cycling tracks which can take you through to Currumbin or South to Cooloongatta.

The ultimate beach house is located in Brunswick’s best street, South Beach Road ~ a perfect place to relax with family and friends. It sleeps 8 people comfortably in the 3 bedroom house. It also has a gorgeous park across the road on the beach front with the beautiful Brunswick River behind the house.
